What happens next?
- We review your request and may verify account ownership or your identity where necessary.
- We identify personal information associated with your request that is under our control, including stored integration tokens and any retained relevant test records.
- We disconnect or delete the applicable information unless a lawful retention obligation applies.
- We respond without undue delay, generally within one month for requests governed by the GDPR, and explain any lawful exceptions or permitted extensions.
Revoking access in Instagram
Professional account owners can also review or revoke connected-app permissions from the relevant Instagram or Meta account settings. Revoking permission may prevent further API access, but it may not delete information we previously received. To request deletion from our systems, email us using the instructions above.
Limitations
We can delete data controlled by Mama of the North Studio. We cannot delete Instagram account data stored by Meta or override Meta’s own retention practices. For information held by Instagram itself, use Meta’s privacy settings and processes.
