1. Service and availability
Mama of the North Studio is a tool under development for authorized Instagram business or creator account operations. The current version is for internal testing with an account controlled by the operator. This website does not offer general account registration, paid subscriptions, or public access to the automation software.
2. Authorized use
Any use of the software must be authorized by the Instagram account owner and must comply with applicable Meta/Instagram platform terms, privacy and data-protection laws, and policies on messaging, comments and automation. Spam, deceptive outreach and unauthorized access are prohibited.
3. Platform services
The integration depends on third-party services, including Meta and Cloudflare. We cannot guarantee their availability, uninterrupted operation, or approval of particular capabilities. Functionality may change or become unavailable due to platform rules or technical requirements.
4. Testing and reliability
The service is in development and may change, contain errors or be unavailable. Test features must not be treated as production-ready unless they have been separately validated. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
5. Privacy and account disconnection
For information on personal data, see the Privacy Policy. To request deletion of information held by the project, see Data Deletion. Account owners may also revoke access through their Instagram or Meta settings.
